Crawling towards Space

At Crawler, we are on the way to build our own fully Reusable launch Vehicle. As our first step, we designed and cold tested our own small liquid rocket engine. The Engine is drinking Next Generation Rocket Fuel, thus breathing is going to be much cleaner.

Prototype

Prototype 1: Tiny reaction control Engine

The Prototype of our Main Engine is designed and fully 3d printed with Super Aluminium alloy ( Ai-Si alloy ), an Aerospace grade alloy. It is Assembled with just spray pump motors ( only for this case ) and cold tested with Ignition ( Cold Testing with Ignition will reveal many dynamic properties ). The Engine is drinking Next Generation Rocket propellants and it is driven by Electric pump feed system.

Product

The CAIMAN 2000

The caiman comes in a microcategory of liquid rocket engines. It is fully 3D printed and has the ability to continuously restart without reducing thrust. It can produce 1000 kgf with just 60 bar of working chamber pressure and at least 2200 kgf at full thrust.

Our Team

Our team comprises skilled and experienced engineers and technicians. Along with automation, we use sophisticated mechanical designs and cutting edge technology. We provide optimal and effective solutions to the problems faced by Space industries.
